What substances are in immunity medication

When our problem is weakened immunity, it is worth to take products with substances which can boost it. We can choose e.g. immunity pills.
Immunity pills can contain:
omega-3 acids – they boost immunity and can be of different origin: fish oil (cod liver oil), oil from muscles of cold water fish and plant oils (e.g. linseed oil),
vitamin C, minerals: zinc, selenium – which are necessary for the good condition of the whole body; zinc has beneficial influence on the functioning of lymphocytes,
extracts from coneflower, aloes, acerola – it is proven that coneflower strengthens immunity; aloes has a positive influence on the whole body; acerola is a good source of vitamin C which is important for immunity,
beta-glucan: activates all the immune system, restores natural immunity harmony, it also acts as an antioxidant and reduces free radicals,
propolis – bee product: it has antibacterial effect and strengthens the body’s natural immunity.
