 Influenza is a common infection of the upper respiratory tract caused by viruses. It requires proper diagnosis and the use of pharmacological treatment in order to protect the body from complications. These constitute a hazard not only to your health but also life.

The most common complications from influenza are, first of all:
myocarditis (heart attack),
aggravation of chronic diseases (chronic circulation failure, diabetes, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, epilepsy),
inflammation of the upper and lower respiratory tract (larynx, trachea, bronchi),
bronchial asthma,
meningitis,
inflammation of the middle ear,
myositis,
conjunctivitis,
nephritis.
Remember that complications from influenza may result in deterioration of health and death.
Therefore, protect yourself against influenza, follow the proper preventative measures and do not underestimate the symptoms of infection.
